Summer in Summer Grove. Summer has gone by quickly and the the neighborhood is looking good. We have some houses for sale. We now have four long term lessees now in our development. We have had lots of visitors to our neighborhood in the summer. With Lake Michigan's sandy beaches and spectacular sunsets, Summer Grove Cottages provides the opportunity for a quality lifestyle rare in these hectic times.

In the quiet countryside, Summer Grove Cottages is conveniently located within a mile of interstate access to I-196/US31.		Douglas and Saugatuck each have just over a 1,200 permanent residents. Popular with vacationers, boaters, etc. the summer population swells with visitors. When you live here, your family and friends will want to visit your home.

New homes available.	There are several vacation home owners in Summer Grove Cottages. Their primary homes are located in central Michigan, the Illinois suburbs of Chicago and one from California. 	Approximate travel times: Chicago - 2 hours Detroit - 3 hours South Bend - 1.0 hours Grand Rapids - 45 minutes Indianapolis - 4 hours	With US 31 open to South Bend, we are just about an hour's drive from the northern Indiana area.
